When will I receive my order?

With COVID-19, we are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees. This may increase the time it takes to process and ship your order - currently up to 5 business days. Additionally, we may not be able to offer expedited shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link (it can take up to 24-28 hours to update).

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship only in Montreal, Quebec. The worldwide shipping service will soon be available. Please subscribe to our newsletter to know when the worldwide shipping service will be available.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over 60$. Your total must be 60$ after the promotional discounts have been applied and before the shipping charges, taxes, etc.

Do you accept Visa or Mastercard gift cards?

Yes, however because we have a secure cart checkout, your ‘’billing’’ address must be verified. This means that you must register your Visa or Mastercard gift card online with the issuing bank including providing them your mailing address in order to use gift cards. Otherwise, your order may be declined even if the gift card is valid.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 30 days of delivery. If the product is deemed defective, Lubbs Beauty will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact costumer care for more details contact@lubbsbeauty.com.

What should I do if an item is out of stock?

If an item is ‘’Out of stock’’, we suggest you to subscribe to ur newsletter. You will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.

What is the return and exchange policy?

For hygiene reasons, there are no exchanges or reimbursements. Every sale is final.
